Job Description

  • Manage HR functions including recruitment, payroll, leave, and records.
  • Oversee office administration, maintenance, and company activities.
  • Prepare HR documents and ensure compliance with policies and labour laws.
  • Handle employee relations, welfare, and internal communication.
  • Provide administrative support to management and other departments.

Job Requirement

  • Diploma/Degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of HR and admin experience.
  • Knowledge of Malaysian labour laws and HR practices.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR software.
  • Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
  • Able to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
  • Updated Curriculum Vitae (CV) with recent passport-sized photograph
  • Relevant academic certificates and supporting documents
