Job Description
- Manage HR functions including recruitment, payroll, leave, and records.
- Oversee office administration, maintenance, and company activities.
- Prepare HR documents and ensure compliance with policies and labour laws.
- Handle employee relations, welfare, and internal communication.
- Provide administrative support to management and other departments.
Job Requirement
- Diploma/Degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field.
- 1–3 years of HR and admin experience.
- Knowledge of Malaysian labour laws and HR practices.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR software.
- Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
- Able to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
- Updated Curriculum Vitae (CV) with recent passport-sized photograph
- Relevant academic certificates and supporting documents
